制氮工作原理
變壓吸附制氮采用碳分子篩為吸附劑(圖一),利用其對氧氮的選擇性吸附(圖二),在變壓吸附的作用下,直接用空氣制取氮氣的設(shè)備。
在一定工作壓力下,碳分子篩對空氣中氧的吸附遠遠大于氮(圖二),形成兩者吸附量的差異,使氮氣在氣相中得到富集。因此通過可編程序控制器控制閥門的啟閉,減壓后,氧等雜質(zhì)組份被脫附出來,碳分子篩便獲得再生。
A、B兩吸附器交替循環(huán)工作:加壓吸附、減壓解吸,完成氧氮分離,便制備所需純度的氮氣。連續(xù)供給原料空氣,連續(xù)獲得氮氣。
